One rule per data line. This is the only place that gives us standing permission to top you up.

When a top-up fires, your phone gets a MoMo prompt — approve with your PIN and the data lands instantly; if you ignore or reject it, nothing is charged and nothing is delivered. Auto-reload uses Valmont-Pay's direct charge — the same payment pipeline as a manual order, so every reload is receipted, float-checked and idempotent. A cooldown prevents repeat prompts while your usage report is stale.
