1. Data we collect

Account data (name, phone number, email), order history, saved phone numbers, auto-reload preferences, referral activity, and device/usage data needed to secure and improve the service.

2. Mobile Money

All Mobile Money payments are processed by Valmont-Pay and licensed third-party payment partners. We never see or store your MoMo PIN, and we never store full payment credentials.

3. How we use data

To deliver bundles, process refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, and send order updates by SMS and WhatsApp. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Payment processors — to complete transactions (Valmont-Pay)
• Wholesale data suppliers — to fulfil orders (recipient phone number only)
• SMS/WhatsApp providers — to send delivery confirmations
• Authorities — when required by law

5. Storage & security

Data is stored with encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. Passwords and PINs are hashed with scrypt. API tokens use HMAC signatures. Order and financial data is retained for at least 6 years for record-keeping.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@valmontdata.com. Deletion may be limited by financial record-keeping obligations.
