1. About this service

Valmont Data ("we", "us") is a data bundle marketplace operated by Valmont Group of Companies, Accra, Ghana. We resell data bundles on MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo networks to individuals and resellers.

By creating an account, placing an order or using any Valmont Data service (including WhatsApp ordering), you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & delivery

Data bundles are delivered to the recipient phone number via our wholesale supplier network. Most deliveries complete within minutes, but delivery time depends on network conditions and is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number. Orders placed for wrong numbers are not refundable.

Do not place duplicate orders for the same number and bundle at the same time — duplicates are rejected by our idempotency system.

3. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed via Valmont-Pay (Mobile Money and card). We never see or store your MoMo PIN.

If an order fails to deliver after all retry attempts, the amount is automatically refunded to the original payment method. Refunded orders are marked in your order history.

Amount mismatches (payment received ≠ order amount) trigger an automatic refund.

4. Auto-reload

Auto-reload is an opt-in service that automatically re-purchases a bundle when your data runs low. Each auto-reload charge sends a MoMo prompt to your phone — you approve with your PIN. Nothing is charged without your approval.

You can pause or cancel auto-reload at any time from the Auto-reload page or your dashboard.

5. Referral program

Referral credits (GH₵2.00 per successful referral) are awarded when a referred friend completes their first purchase. Credits can be applied to future orders. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are capped at GH₵50.00 per account.

Self-referral is not permitted. We reserve the right to revoke credits earned through abuse.

6. Reseller stores

Resellers set their own markup on wholesale bundles and earn margin on every sale through their store link.

Private distribution policy: advertising Valmont Data services on social media is prohibited and leads to permanent account suspension without warning.

Valmont Data is not liable for disputes between resellers and their customers.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valmont Data's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
