Payment goes through Valmont-Pay — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money or card. We never see or store your MoMo PIN: you approve every charge on your own phone.
Delivery starts the moment payment confirms. Most bundles land in 5 minutes to 3 hours, so timing can vary. You get updates until your bundle lands. Every order gets a tracking reference and an SMS confirmation.
If a delivery fails we retry it automatically (up to three attempts). If it still cannot complete after payment, we mark the order Refund being arranged, arrange a return of the payment to its original method, and confirm when that refund is completed. Wrong numbers are not refundable — check the line before you pay.
You can buy for any number — yours, a family member's or a customer's. You do not have to be the account holder, and the site warns you if the prefix you typed belongs to a different network.
